Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage 

Our products come with a 12-month warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects.
  • Functional malfunctions under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse or external factors (e.g., electrical surges, water damage).
  • Normal wear and tear.

2. Reporting a Warranty Claim

In case of defective items, please report the issue to our support team. The request will be entertained once the issue is checked and verified by a Riosoc team member.

  • Step 1: Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Step 2: Provide the following details:
    • Order number
    • Product serial number
    • Description and photos/videos of the defect

Our team will investigate and process the claim, providing further instructions for either repair or replacement.

3. Replacement Process

Replacement can be made if the product is proven defective. A replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The whole product package and its accessories will be picked up by the courier arranged by us for replacement.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We will not provide a replacement for the following conditions:

  • The customer is not satisfied with the load/sound quality or minor defects that do not affect functionality.
  • Physical damage reported after 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Electrical damage caused by the user.

5. Refunds for Warranty Claims

If a replacement is not possible, we will offer a full refund within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
